Our firm has over 30 years of legal experience in both state and federal courts.
Richard Mann has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers-Super Lawyer Edition for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Lisa Joachim has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers-Rising Stars Edition for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
We are located in Indianapolis, Indiana near the Indianapolis International Airport. While we are located in Indianapolis we practice regularly in courts throughout the state. Mr. Mann is a Certified Family Law Specialist as certified by the Family Law Certification Board, Guardian ad Litem, Family Law Arbitrator and a Registered Family Law Mediator. He is also trained in the collaborative practice of law. Mr. Mann is a frequent speaker at bar association and court sponsored seminars on the law regarding child support, evidence, and practice management in Family Law matters in Indiana. Our firm is also a provider under the Hyatt Legal Plan.
Lisa Joachim, Jennifer Mann and Todd Small also are trained and serve as Guardian ad Litems. Lisa Joachim is also a Registered Family Law Mediator.
Choosing an attorney is an important decision which should not be made lightly. You should ask your prospective attorney about the experience in the area of law for which you seek aid. For the aforementioned reason, we do not handle all matters. If we do not handle matters, we will recommend you either to an attorney we know who does handle such matters or to the bar association which maintains a referral service.
We bring in experts when necessary to represent your interests. Legal matters are often very complex and the outcome may turn on what you consider the most insignificant fact.
