Mann Law is happy to celebrate with all same-sex parents today. Richard Mann and Megan Gehring of our firm, along with Karen Celestino-Horseman, William Groth, and Raymond Faust, represented female married couples seeking equal rights to be listed as parents on the birth certificates of the children born to their marriage. Today the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the District Court’s ruling that both women have equal parenthood rights as opposite-sex couples.
